HKCS Results

The Healthy Kids Colorado Survey is administered every two years in the fall semester of odd-numbered years (2025, 2023, 2021, etc.) in participating middle schools/jr. high schools and high schools. Results from this survey is one the primary sources of information for prevention organizations to determine risk and protective factors for youth and their families in our communities and statewide. Statewide and regional data is available at this link. Not all regions will be represented each year, if not enough of the student population/school districts participated in a given cycle, the data will be omitted to protect privacy and avoid invalid conclusions.

The following data is reported in terms of “0 day use.” Therefore, higher numbers are positive.
